What this Site is
The Site is a static set of marketing and legal pages. We do not create accounts on this Site, take payments on this Site, run a newsletter from this Site, or set marketing cookies.
Information we process
Email you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you include in that message (typically your email address, your name if you give it, and the message). We use this to reply and to keep ordinary business records.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and time of request. We use this for security, debugging, and operating the Site. We do not use it to build marketing profiles.
This Site loads webfonts from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP address as a result.
We do not run analytics tags, advertising pixels, or a cookie consent banner on this Site, because we do not set marketing cookies here.
Legal bases (UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests: operating and securing the Site, and responding to enquiries.
- Legal obligation: where we must keep records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with our hosting provider (as a processor for logs) and if required by law.
Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for legitimate business or legal records. Logs follow the host’s retention period.
International transfers
Our host may process logs outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on the host’s appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Third-party sites
Links to other sites, including webradioplayers.com, are not covered by this policy.
